With nearly three decades in education, including over eight years in Integrated IAS training, I have dedicated my life to nurturing young minds and building institutions grounded in excellence and integrity. As the founding member and Director of the Royal Group of Colleges, my vision has always been to create learning spaces that inspire curiosity, discipline, and purpose.
I have a deep desire to empower students—to help them believe in themselves, think boldly, and grow with confidence and compassion. For me, education goes beyond academics; it is about shaping character, instilling values, and inspiring a lifelong love for learning. This journey continues to be my greatest source of joy and fulfillment.
