1. Prabitha Setu Portal (Replaces Public Disclosure Scheme)

A major structural update introduced in 2026.

What is Prabitha Setu?

It connects non-recommended candidates from the final stage with:

  • Private companies
  • Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
  • Autonomous organizations

  • Short biodata shared (education, contact details, percentile)

  • Candidate consent mandatory
