The Start

La Excellence began its journey as LUFE (“Let’s Unite for Excellence”) in Delhi and quickly earned recognition when Sheena Agarwal secured Rank 1, laying the foundation for academic excellence.

Hyderabad Operations Began

The academy expanded to Hyderabad and introduced structured mentorship and test series programs, serving the growing community of civil service aspirants.

Mentorship Success & Foundation Program

La Excellence delivered 11 ranks through its Mentorship Program and launched its 1-Year Foundation Program for beginners aiming for a strong UPSC start.

2013

Foundation Program Achieves AIR

A student from the 1-Year Foundation Program secured AIR 115 in their very first attempt, showcasing the program’s effectiveness.

Current Affairs & Hindu Analysis Launched

The academy launched its weekly Current Affairs Magazine and introduced Hindu Newspaper Analysis through YouTube — a first in India at that time.

2015

AIR 22 & Top Ranks in Telugu States

Muzammil Khan secured AIR 22, and La Excellence achieved the highest number of ranks from the Telugu states, establishing its dominance in the region.

Major Growth in PCM Course

Madhapur Branch Launched

A new branch was opened in Madhapur, expanding La Excellence’s reach and improving accessibility for students.

Government Tie-ups (AP & TS)

The academy partnered with the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments to support civil services training initiatives.

Karnataka Tie-up & Bengaluru Branch

La Excellence tied up with the Karnataka government and established its Bengaluru branch while also introducing the Shikha Test Series Program.

1000+ Admissions & Gayatri Campus

The 1-Year PCM Course crossed 1000 admissions, and the Gayatri residential campus was established to support full-time aspirants.

2021

New Revision & Mentorship Programs

The academy launched the Prelims Rapid Revision Program (RRP), Personalized Mentorship, and the year-long Shiksha Test Series Program.

Core Batch & Interview Hackathon

The Core Batch for high-merit students (later named Nekkanti Enhance) was launched, along with the Interview Hackathon and Mains Rapid Revision Program.

Own Campus & APPSC Group 1 Success

La Excellence inaugurated its own dedicated campus and introduced Group 1 courses, achieving over 30 ranks in APPSC Group 1.

Civils+ UG Program & National Expansion

The academy launched the Civils+ Program for undergraduates, a 3-year Integrated IAS + Graduation program, introduced the Mains Hackathon, and expanded through tie-ups with the Meghalaya and West Bengal governments.
